Until July 12 in the Republic of Tatarstan is expected a high class of fire danger in the forests
According to the Federal State Budgetary Institution "UGMS of the Republic of Tatarstan", in the period from 6 to 12 July, 2021 in the Republic of Tatarstan will remain high forest fire danger (IV class), in the extreme eastern regions - an extreme forest fire danger (V class). The Ministry of Forestry RT reminds that in 90% of cases the main reason for the forest fires is the violation of fire safety rules and careless handling of fire.
To ensure timely detection, suppression, and prevention of forest fires in the territory of the forest fund in the Republic of Tatarstan there are 20 forest fire stations of the II type by forest enterprises and 5 forest fire stations of the III type by the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Forest Fire Center". Type II FFS is equipped with 229 units of various equipment and Type III FFS with 72 units of specialized equipment.
Space monitoring of fire hazardous situations, aviation (1.2 million ha), and ground (11 thousand ha) is conducted. Also the regional dispatching service of the State Fire Service of the Republic of Tatarstan "Forest Fire Center" (tel. 8-800-100-94-00, 8 (843) 221-37-95) functions round the clock.
