Every year in winter at the premises of the Lubyansky Forest Engineering College the training of the wildfire fighting heads – the newly appointed directors of the state-financed institution “Leskhoz” and chiefs of type II and type III fire and chemical stations – is taken place. Training includes theoretical and practical parts. The classes are given by highly qualified wildfire fighting specialists. In addition, the trainees are taught the population evacuation rules and first aid to victims of fire.

As part of the congress a round table for heads of school forestry units of the Russian Federation was arranged. Alsu Samigullina, Lead Consultant of the Reafforestation Department of the Ministry of Forestry of Tatarstan, told about the expertise of the Ministry of Forestry of Tatarstan in working with the school forestry units, the projects implemented within the movement, the success of the children of the republic in the international and national competitions.

To improve the sanitary and aesthetic state of forests before heavy snows occur the forestry workers clean the forests from deadwood, update the compartment posts along the federal and republican roads.

This national holiday has historical roots and was established in memory of the heroic events of the early XVII century, when our ancestors – people of different nationalities, social classes and religions – liberated Homeland from foreign invaders, and by doing this they put an end to chaos and the deepest crisis seized the Russian state. The courage and the spiritual unity of the Russians, based on self-sacrificing love for motherland and the responsibility for its destiny, helped to survive in difficult times and win.

The participants of the meeting supported the organizers in that the unity of all the peoples of Russia is a pillar of our multinational state, and this is particularly important in the context of international challenges and threats.

The project starts in three cities: Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, and Ufa and represents a system for aggregation, search, selection of the best offers of building materials and assessment of their suppliers’ rating.

For clients, it is a purchase of materials via Internet at a reasonable price, with convenient delivery, transparent price and conscientious suppliers. For suppliers, it is the willing customers (received requests with the full cost calculation of an order and delivery route).

The process of working with the Beaver House system is simple and is developed like the majority of websites with personal advertisements or online booking. The customer should go to the official website, select the characteristics of the goods, and specify the address and time of delivery. Further, it will be shown the best offers from several suppliers. If the client is happy with these offers, it may book one of them for free for 72 hours. During this time, the request gets the call center of the system, is processed and given to the supplier.

 “Our goal is to create a unified resource with current prices and reliable suppliers which will be assessed and subjected to the internal rating. We expect that through to 2017 the number of suppliers in our system should grow to 380 in 12-15 cities of Russia,” said the head of the development Dmitry Zhukov.

The Beaver House project became a resident of the Business Incubator of IT-park as part of the selection in spring 2015. The project initiators have already reached an agreement with the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan; and the project has got the resident status of SEZ “Innopolis”.

The initiative of the Philharmonic management was supported by the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan. From the forest nursery of the scientific-experimental Prigorodny Forest Establishment the seedlings were taken. They were planted in the park of the Philharmonic by famous tatar artists.

In the first personalized planting the People’s Artist of Russia and Tatarstan Ilgam Shakirov, the People’s Artists of Tatarstan Aidar Faizrakhmanov and Georgy Ibushev took part. In the Walk establishment on behalf of the Ministry the First Deputy Minister of Forestry Kharis Musin participated.

As noted in the Philharmonic, the tradition of joint tree planting will be continued: many famous and young artists of the philharmonic expressed their wish to take part in it.

The Open Day was held in the Kazan State Agrarian University.  The leaders of institutions subordinated to the Ministry of Forestry of Tatarstan, graduates from rural schools and their parents were invited to be given an insight into the University.

 “The serious changes that require a new type of forestry specialists are in progress in the forestry of our republic,” said the First Deputy Minister Kharis Musin. “They must be familiar with information systems and modern technology and at the same time they expressly understand the meaning and essence of the silviculturist profession”.

The heads of departments, including the Department of Forestry and Environment, told in detail about the specialties which can be learned in the University.

One of the stages of the Spartakiad is a table tennis competition held in the Center for Boxing and Table Tennis. The team of the Ministry was represented by the specialist of the State Control and Supervision Department Yulia Utyaganova, Principal Adviser of the Reafforestation Department Timur Galiev, the Head of Forest Protection and Conservation Section Nail Mirsiapov and the Lead Consultant of the Department of Economics Oleg Rzay. They competed with dignity with the teams of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Federal Treasury of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The leaders of institutions subordinated to the Ministry of Forestry of Tatarstan, graduates from rural schools and their parents are invited to KSAU to participate in the Open Day. It will take place on October 31 at 10.00 (K.Marx str., 65). In the first part of the meeting they will be told about the history of the University, admission specifics in 2016. In the second part the heads of departments, including the Department of Forestry and Environment, will speak. They will tell in detail about the specialties, disciplines, techniques of training. The consultations to prepare and pass general subjects Unified State Examinations included into the list of entrance examinations will be given.
