11 teams of the Agryzsky District took part in the meeting. The staff of the Agryz Forestry took an active part as well. The united team of the Forestry and the Ministry of Emergency Situations called Forest Fire Team moved across the tourist route, participated in a food contest, sports event and tourist song contest. Even the occasional rain did not break the ethos of sport of the team. Forest Fire Team came 4th.

Monday

This year Durban (Republic of South Africa) will host the XIV World Forestry Congress from September 7 to September 11. The holding of forestry congresses for the global forest community is one of the most important international events where the key forest related issues are addressed. Kharis Musin is a member of the official Russian delegation that takes part in the Congress.

As part of the events the Federal Forest Agency arranges a round table “Forests of Russia: Present and Future” where Kharis Musin will make a presentation on the development of forestry of the republic.

The street is spread along the residential area whose residents and guests turned the nearby forest areas into a landfill. The organizers of the event, the Voluntarism Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, asked the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan for help in carrying out cleanup event which took place on September 5.

As a result, 27 bags of garbage have been removed from the forest area. Separately, 4 bags of glass and 3 bags of plastic utensils were collected.

Over the last week, by the morning of September 07, 2015, no fires have been recorded in the forest area of the Republic of Tatarstan.

As part of the Year of Parks and Garden Squares the festive events will be taken place and entertainment program will be prepared. The mission of the event is to form the culture of citizens' stay in open public spaces and use of parks.

The Minister Almas Nazirov and the Chieftain Sergey Petrulevich (Farm Cossack Society “Chistopolskaya Settlement” of the Simbirsky District Cossack Society of the Volga Region Military Cossack Society) have signed an agreement under which the members of the Cossack Society assume to assist the Ministry in ensuring the fire safety and prevention of forest fires, prevention of emergencies in the forests located on the territory of Chistopolsky District of the Republic of Tatarstan. The volunteer fire brigades from Cossacks will be established.

The Chief of Administration Nikolay Zolotov and the Chieftain Sergey Petrulevich discussed the organizational issues of cooperation.

 

The organizers of the event are the Voluntarism Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, No More Garbage (Musora.Bolshe.Net)  Movement, “Budet Chisto” (It will be clear) Movement, ECA Movement.

The participants will meet at 9.30 - 10.00. The cleanup event will run until 11.30.

The cleaning will be in a form of separate waste collection. Upon its completion, under the project #РосЭко #Мемывлесу (#RosEco # MemesInForest), in the greenfield area there will be the signs to encourage people not to litter.

This cleaning is a preparation for the most large-scale national cleanup event “We’ll Do It!” to be held in different localities of the Republic of Tatarstan on September 20.

       On behalf of the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Almas Nazirov, the Head of the Civil Service and Personnel Department Airat Akhmerov and the Chief of Administrative Services Nikolay Zolotov welcomed the students and teachers of the College.

 

          On the celebratory assembly devoted to the beginning of the school year the College Director Afanasiy Danilov told the first-graders of the history of the forestry technical school and noted that over the last years in the Lubyansky College many things have been done for training of specialists for forestry. So, the facilities and resources of the education establishment showed the great improvement, the educational process modernization program is implemented, the subject-specific class rooms are equipped with the state-of-the-art facilities, and conditions of students’ life became better.

            The best teachers of the College were awarded with the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Forestry of Tatarstan for the effective work in training forestry personnel.

Kazan Institute for Agriculture and Silviculture was established in 1922. Following a variety of transformations made in the institute, the Forestry and Ecology Faculty was restored in 2007. Since that time the Institute and the Ministry of Forestry began to cooperate closely and extensively. Here the future specialists of the forest industry are trained; the main topics of research works for the forestry are developed.

       Addressing to students, Rais Gumerov noted: “Education is a foundation for all activities of any person. The person’s achievements in work and life depend on how stable that foundation is”. He wished students and teachers to succeed in studies and to have colorful and interesting student life.

On the 1st of September, the Day of Knowledge, the celebratory assemblies devoted to the new school year took place in 35 educational establishments of the District. For 594 children of the District it is a first school year.

The gymnasium also spent this day with all the honors and celebrations meeting its pupils for the tenth time. This year with the help of the District Administration and TatRITEKneft the repair of school was accomplished, the car parking was equipped, and the traffic lighter was installed. The Head of the District Ravil Kuzyurov, the First Deputy Minister of Forestry Kharis Musin, the Deputy Director of TatRITEKneft and the Chief Geologist Nikolay Nefedov congratulated and shared the joy of the gymnasium pupils and teachers.

       Kharis Musin participated in celebration read out the address of the Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

        The Day of Knowledge in the gymnasium proceeded with the tree planting. The first grade and eleventh grade pupils together with the Head of the District Ravil Kuzyurov and Kharis Musin have planted firs (Pseudotsuga) brought from Canada.
