The great creative work on the reconstruction and restoration of monuments of wooden architecture carried out by forestry workers . The program is held at every municipal district of the Republic, and it is expected to last for three years. During this time, about a hundred clubs and culture houses should be built or restored in Tatarstan. Foresters, workers of 19 state budgetary establishments “Forest”, have also made their contribution to the program. Management entities subordinate to the Ministry manufactured farm constructions for 46 rural clubs and gave them to the builders having, thus, fulfilled their part of the presidential program.
A lesson under this slogan was held by fellow workers of the state nature reserve “Ashit” for foster children of the Rehabilitation center for children and adolescents with disabilities “Origin of hope” located in Arsk Municipal District. Using specially designed bright slides they told young listeners wonderful stories about trees growing on the territory of our Republic, their use, healing properties of mountain ash, hawthorn, and arrowwood.

On this day, faculties of Kazan State Agricultural University met with future students. Dean of the faculty of forestry and ecology, as well as management of the Ministry met with school leavers who came to the University with parents and foresters-mentors. A film on forestry of the Republic was showed to them, First Deputy Minister H. Musin and Dean of the faculty L. Pukhachev told the guests about the learning environment and future profession, showed lecture halls of the University; while students made a concert for the guests with participation of students engaged in amateur performances.
This tricky task has been fulfilled by heads and experts of forestries. During October, they visited rural schools and schools located in forest villages. Foresters held some sort of Forest Lessons, they told school leavers about their profession and about the changes that happen in the forestry of Tatarstan. Moreover, they named educational establishments where one can obtain a profession of a forester.
