In state geological museum of Vernadskii took place special events dedicated to 150 years of this outstanding scholar and a display of winner’s works of International project “Ecological culture. Peace and conciliation.” in which took part first deputy of Minister Mr. Kh. Musin. The President of nongovernmental ecological fund Mr. Grachev awarded the Minister of Forestry of RT with Order of V.I. Vernadskii for outstanding achievements in accomplishment of a program oriented on social, economic and ecological development. Besides that by the decision of international jury grand prize was given to the specialist of Ministry I. Tomaeva. Her paperwork was called “Ecological enlightenment on the basis of governmental nature reserves of Republic of Tatarstan”

The specialists took part in a fair “Technical and practical solutions for forestry, logging, machinery, equipment and technologies” (Elmia wood 2013) which is opened in Jönköping, the city in Sweden. In a program of business meetings – visiting of wood production factories, forestry which is dealing with growing and planting trees and also Husqvarna Company. In Sweden they have a good experience in growing ball-rooted planting stock. With the help of using progressive technologies in growing planting stock there is provided high root-taking of forest plantations. This experience was used in constructing of forestry selected-seed complex of RT in Sabinski region. The Sweden technology helped easily move on progressive methods of forests rehabilitation in Republic of Tatarstan and will be used in construction of scientific and production center “Dubravi of Russia” in Kaibizi.

This action united the defenders of nature – workers and enthusiasts of forestry, all those who pull their fair weight into forest’s security and environmental protection. “Just one month left for the beginning of XXVII International Summer Universiade in Kazan and this event has to go through in Republic where clean and green forests are growing.” – reassured in state Tetushskii forestry.

In rehabilitation center for children with disabilities “Istok Nadezhdi” in Arskii region took place a meeting with staff members of reserved forestry “Ashit”. They got acquainted children with interesting information about designated areas of outstanding natural beauty in Republic of Tatarstan, flora and fauna of this places and critically endangered species of animals. Foster-children of rehabilitation center watched a film about Volzhsko-Kamskii reserved forest then they had a talk about reserved forestry “Ashit’. The specialists of forestry promised children to make an excursion to their forestry.

In the Day of Ecologist in Moscow will take place a special ceremony dedicated to celebrating of this day. As a part of this event there will be an awarding of winners of International project “Ecological culture. Peace and conciliation.” In nomination “Conservation of biodiversity and    landscape enhancement” the project of principal adviser from department of biodiversity Indira Tomaeva, whose paperwork was called “Ecological enlightenment on the basis of governmental nature reserves of Republic of Tatarstan” admitted as one of the best and awarded grand-prize of the project.

In June Federal State-Funded Institution “Training center” as a part of realization of The Program – Development of school forestry units is leading a review competition of school forestry units from all Russian Federation. Following the results of 2012 review competition among the best Russian school forestry units was mentioned school forestry of Olujazovskii lyceum with the help of state Mamadishskii forestry.

In mission from 25th of April to 3d of June environmental authorities were patrolling waters of Republic. During “Nerest 2013” by the inspectors of reserved forestry in Republic of Tatarstan was fetched out 155 violations, 101 protocol was drawn up, to the Ministry of the Interior was sent 14 cases, there were also collected 55 drifters and 14 other different poacher’s equipment. During this mission there was imposed fines on 103 thousand rubles.

That was the slogan for the 14th Republic Research and Practice Conference of students which took place in Bugulma. Students from Lubyanskii Forest Engineering College took part in this conference. The 1st place was given to the student of 3d course Igor Matveev. He represented research work which was called “The influence of magnetic water on germinating and growth of Scots Pine seedlings”(principal Kulgeev V.A.). This research work took 2d place on 10th Russian forest junior contest which is called “Podrost”. One more 1st place also was given to the students of this college Denis Fomin and Konstantin Maslov. The topic of their research work was “The influence of cell-phones on survey of geodetic equipment”(principal Yushkov D.A.).

“All the work you are doing is really generous and socially important and I wish with all my heart to all your university co-workers - further success in your multifarious activities, to your students - foundational knowledge and challenging thinking for effective solutions of strategic missions in perfection of national forest politics and economics”. – it is said in greetings of  President of Republic of Tatarstan Minnikhanov R. N.

In a program of celebration, dedicated to 210 years since foundation of university, take place international research and practice conference “Present troubles in added-value wood processing” in which is going to be discussed current problems in added-value wood processing,

promotion of good practices and partnerships between countries.

In ceremonial meeting of academic council in St. Petersburg Forest Engineering University, the rector A. Selikhovkin will make a speech “Significant dates and events which have happened for 210 years in history of forestry engineering education and science”. Deputy minister H. Musin is taking part in this ceremonial meeting.
