At schools of Republic went Days of Birds – art shows with trivial and competitions but the most important thing that the children made hundreds of birds nesting boxes and artificial nesting which they hanged up in forests, road lines and parks. So the specialists of reserved forestry “Chatir-Tay” in village Urazaevo at school made a lesson dedicated to the bird’s coming back. To most active contesters there were given memorable presents.

The main goal of the action is to inform the citizens about the harm of dried grass incineration, the rules of fire safety in forests, promotion of fire service work.

In this action took part more than 2000 people. The pupils of school forestry spread leaflets with information about behavior in forest and popularization of fire service in train stations, buses and suburban trains. The members of fire forest service visited schools where they made open lessons.

In the period of May holidays there is high fire forest risk, 9 of 10 forest fires are happening because of people faults. The Ministry of Forestry RT is asking citizens and guests of Republic do not burn dry grass and follow the rules of fire safety in forest.

The Ministry of Forestry RT is going to make fire prevention events. There were made arrangements of fire lines on the square 1036 ha, protection of last year fire lines on 2150 ha which are protecting prescribed burning on 237 ha. There are ready 4        fire-chemical stations of III type and 18 fire-chemical stations of II type. Along the high-ways of Federal and Republic importance and on the forest roads was fixed 140 banners about fire prevention. Before 10th of May there will be finished all works on beautification of 135 new places of relax for citizens.

During the May holidays regional monitoring center and fire protection center of Republic of Tatarstan are working in 24 hours a day, there is also an aviation monitoring of fire situation in forests, in the forestry they do land patrolling. On the TV, radio and subway stations they show promo from the Ministry addressed to citizens about the rules of fire safety in forests of Republic of Tatarstan.

In Kazan State Agricultural University there was a meeting of the graduates of the faculty of forestry and ecology with the administration of the Ministry of Forestry RT and the Heads of subordinate authorities. The first Deputy of the Minister Kharis Musin and executive officer Adel Galliulin told about nowadays condition of forestry, innovational projects which were realized in the forestry of Republic and perspective of its development. The Heads of forestry told about vacant positions in their authorities, the condition of work and living, payment and also answered on all the questions of the students. At the end of the meeting the foresters wished to the students a successful Degree passing.

By the decision of the Government of Republic of Mari-El from the 29th of April to 13th of May will be provided special fire safety arrangements on its territory. Free forests visiting is forbidden from 1st to 12th of May. This restriction is rippled through all forests of Republic which includes the lace Yalchik, Kichier and others which are located in fully stocked wood.

In the Ministry of Forestry RT took place the meeting with the members of the Ministry headed by Galliulin A. R. on the meeting there was discussed the results anti-corruption monitoring for 2012 of Committee of social-economical monitoring in Republic of Tatarstan. Besides that there were discussed questions about placement of income details about the property and responsibility of property of state civil members of the Ministry, their family members on the official site of the Ministry and also about the order of records check.

The specialists of the Ministry of Forestry in republic of Tatarstan have already started the forest restoration work. Today in forests of Republic of Tatarstan were planted new forest on the square more than 200 ha. Also in 2013 with the help of subordinate authorities of the Ministry of Forestry is planning the erosion preventive planted vegetation on the square more than 2227 ha. This planted vegetation will be grounded with ball rooted planting stock which was grown in the Forest selecting-seed center of Republic of Tatarstan. For planting by the specialists of state budget authority “Scientific-studying Sabinskii Leskhoz” there was modernized forest planting vehicle MLU-1A. Nowadays many state budget authorities started to plant the erosion preventive vegetation. For this reason in the Forest selecting-seed center will be given planting stock according to plan.

The specialists of the Ministry of Forestry RT delivered to Astrakhan the seedlings for foundation of green square named after Gabdulla Tukay. In planting of green ambassadors from Tatartan took part Tatar society “Duslik” and students of Astrakhan Universities. The official opening of green square and the memorial to Tatar poet Gabdulla Tukay is expected on 18th of May. It is planning that in this event will take part the President of RT Rustam Minnikhanov and the Minister of Forestry RT Nail Magdeev.

For creating sympathetic sanitary-ecological surroundings in forests which are located on the territory of Republic of Tatarstan, right after loss of snow cover in the forestry of Republic started environmental action “Clean Forests”.

During two weeks the specialists and members of “Privolzhskii forestry” were making the cleaning of forests from brushwood and dead-wood near the roads of Federal and Republic importance.

Near the Ministry of Forestry RT there was a meeting dedicated to the sending in Astrakhan planting stock materials for beautification of the green square where will be opened the memorial to tatar poet Gabdulla Tukay. The meeting was opened by First Deputy of the Minister Kharis Musin who told to the members of forestry and students of forestry faculty KSAU about the resort of Astrakhan fellows with the request to help them with the planting stock materials. In the early spring one of the specialists of the Ministry went to Astrakhan to define assortment and needed quantity of planting stock.

On the meeting there was a speech of the Chairman of Worldwide congress of Tatar, Farid Urazaev, who noticed that for the first time in Tatar world the seedlings became the ambassadors from the historical mother land he also thanked the members of the forestry for their help and honorable undertaking. The Chairman of the Union of Writers of Tatarstan Rafis Kurbanov told about the importance of Gabdulla Tukay’s poetry in the history of Tatar culture and mentioned that in April everywhere around Russia there will be readings form Tukay. The poet Gazinur Muratov read his poems to the people in the meeting. The spiritual guidance gave the representative of Spiritual Directorate of the Muslims Niyaz Khazrat Sabirov.

In two days 300 seedlings of pine trees and mountain ashes which were grown on the mother land of poet in nursery forest of Arskii forestry RT, accompanied by the specialist of the Ministry will be delivered to the South Volzhskii city, to the territory of green square and will be planted by the members of Tatar society “Duslik” in the Day of birth of great poet Gabdulla Tukay.
