Today, the Ministry hosted a training session for state forest inspectors on the implementation of federal state forest control (supervision) on the lands of the forest fund of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event, which was held in the videoconference mode, was attended by the Deputy Ministers of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov, Rais Gumerov, heads of forestry forestries, their deputies, engineers for the protection and protection of forests, directors of forestry enterprises of the republic.

Airat Akhmerov, head of the department of state control and supervision, made a keynote speech. He spoke about the regulations governing the implementation of federal state forest control (supervision), the types of preventive and control and supervisory measures, etc.

“One of the most important documents that came into force this year, of course, is the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1098 dated June 30, 2021. It approved the regulation on federal-state forest control (supervision),” said Airat Akhmerov. “Following this decree, a risk assessment, and management system must be applied when exercising control.”

According to the regulation on federal-state forest control (supervision), the list of preventive measures includes information, generalization of law enforcement practice, the announcement of warnings, counseling and preventive visits, control and supervisory - inspection visit, raid inspection, documentary inspection, field inspection, monitoring compliance with mandatory requirements and on-site examination.

Also, Ayrat Akhmerov dwelled on the preliminary results of control and supervision activities for 9 months of 2021, the results of consideration of citizens' appeals, and recommendations for improving administrative practice.

First Deputy Minister Ilgizar Zaripov summed up the meeting. “It is necessary to pay more attention to the quality of drawing up protocols on administrative offenses and to strengthen preventive work,” he stressed. “In general, we are faced with the task of increasing the effectiveness of federal-state forestry control (supervision) this year,” he stressed.
