In the Kamsko-Ustyinsky district, issues of preparation for the fire hazardous and silvicultural seasons of 2022 were discussed

Today, in the administration building in the village of Kamsky Ustye, a meeting was held on the topic “On the preparations for the upcoming fire and silvicultural seasons on the territory of the Kamsko-Ustyinsky municipal district.” It was held by the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov. The meeting was attended by the head of the municipal district Nail Vazykhov, representatives of institutions, organizations of the district, heads of rural settlements.

The chief forest ranger Ranil Rakhmatullin made the keynote speech. He briefly spoke about the work carried out in 2021 on the protection, protection, and reproduction of forests on the territory of the Klyarinsky district forestry of the Tetyushsky forestry and the main tasks for this year.

“Currently, active preparations are underway for the fire season in the forests of 2022,” said Ranil Rakhmatullin. “A plan has been developed to prevent and extinguish forest fires on the territory of the Tetyushsky forestry, an action plan to organize work to protect forests from fires, active propaganda and explanatory work is being carried out among the population to comply with the requirements of fire safety rules in forests.”

“Six volunteer fire brigades were also formed, routes and procedures for ground patrolling of forests were approved, including 3 routes in the territory of the Kamsko-Ustyinsky municipal district,” added Ranil Rakhmatullin. “Before the start of the fire hazard period, specialists will be trained under the program Tactics and Techniques for Fighting Forest Fires. Occupational health and safety in extinguishing forest fires.”

Summing up the meeting, Minister Ravil Kuzyurov gave several instructions to forestry specialists related to patrolling forest areas, carrying out reforestation work, etc. from dry grassy vegetation, or separating the forest with a fire-resistant mineralized strip or other fire barriers, the minister emphasized. “Our common goal is to get through the fire season in the forests without emergencies.”
