Today the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov paid a working visit to the Almetyevsky municipal district. There he held a meeting on the topic “On the results of the work of the GKU RT “Almetyevsky forestry”, the GKU RT “Kaleikinsky forestry”, the GBU RT “Almetyevsky forestry enterprise” and the GBU RT “Kaleykinsky forestry enterprise” in 2021 and tasks for 2022. Progress of preparations for the fire hazardous and silvicultural seasons of 2022. The meeting was held in the administration building in Almetievsk, it was attended by the head of the municipal district Timur Nagumanov, heads and specialists of subordinate institutions, representatives of the executive committee of the district, the district chamber of land and property relations, the district department of agriculture and food, heads of rural settlements.
Chief foresters Rushan Mukhametshin and Damir Mindrakhmanov delivered keynote speeches. They spoke in detail about the silviculture, forest protection, and forestry work carried out and the tasks for the coming period.
In particular, Rushan Mukhametshin said that in 2021, on the territory of the Almetyevskoye forestry, work was carried out on reforestation on an area of 35 hectares, agrotechnical care for forest crops - on 460 hectares, their addition - on 60 hectares, the laying of protective forest plantations - on 100 hectares, sowing seeds in the basic forest nursery - by 0.8 ha. 410 kg of seeds of the main forest-forming species were harvested and 1121 thousand pieces of standard planting material were grown.
“We are currently preparing for the fire season in the forests. As part of the preparation, a plan was developed to extinguish forest fires on the territory of the Almetyevskoye forestry, forest fire stations and points of concentration of fire fighting equipment were checked, patrol routes for forest fund lands were approved, training was organized for teams of forest fire stations, members of voluntary fire brigades under the program “Tactics and techniques for extinguishing forest fires”, added Rushan Mukhametshin. “Explanatory work is also being carried out among the population on compliance with fire safety rules in forests.”
Damir Mindrakhmanov informed that to protect forests last year, a forest pathological survey was carried out on the territory of the Kaleikinsky forestry on an area of 2 thousand hectares, sanitary and recreational measures were carried out on 116.8 hectares.
“As part of the implementation of the federal state forest control (supervision), the forest guard, 482 patrols were carried out in the forests, 21 protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up and 46 warnings were issued about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements and requirements established by municipal legal acts, in terms of the forest legislation of the Russian Federation,” he noted.
Then the directors of forestry enterprises Vitaly Utnyukhin, Nazir Falyakhiev, chairmen of the primary trade union organizations, forest foreman Ruzil Ikhsanova and chief accountant Elvira Galimova spoke.
Summing up the results of the meeting, Minister Ravil Kuzyurov gave specialists some instructions related to the prevention and detection of violations of forest legislation, the improvement of the sanitary and forest pathological condition of forests, etc. The success of the fire campaign depends on the well-coordinated work and interaction of all structures and organizations,” the minister stressed.
After the meeting, Ravil Kuzyurov inspected the administrative building and the production base of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Kaleikinsky forestry” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Kaleykinsky forestry enterprise”.
