Thanks to student teams, more than 10,000 students annually find work on a year-round basis
The Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan invites everyone to join the All-Russian Youth Public Organization “Russian Student Teams” (RSO). RNO is the largest youth organization in the country, which provides seasonal and temporary employment for more than 240 thousand young people from 74 subjects of the Russian Federation, and also engages in civic and patriotic education, develops the creative and sports potential of young people.
Since 1963, the Republican headquarters of student teams has been solving employment issues and increasing the competitiveness of students in the labor market. Every year, thanks to student teams, more than 10,000 students find work on a year-round basis, covering new territories and areas for work, new facilities and enterprises, and popularize work among young people.
During the summer working season, members of student groups are provided with free accommodation and meals, receive compensation for travel to the place of employment and medical examination at the expense of the employer.
Members of student labor teams can receive free vocational training in working specialties, in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 9, 2021 No. 876. For example, in the spring of 2022, 1,079 young people were trained in 35 professions.
Also in 2020, the Youth Jobs portal was launched https://rabota.tatar/. The project is intended for young people with any level of qualification and who are at any stage of education in educational institutions of higher and vocational education, aged 18 to 35, living in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. This system allows temporary employment of students on a year-round basis. The main difference of the portal from existing job search systems is its youth focus, user moderation system, as well as the integration of a ratings and feedback system to ensure the reliability and quality of job seekers and employers.
Student teams are the first work experience and earnings, a friendly team, constant development, talent discovery, and most importantly, the opportunity to be part of a huge movement that unites regions and generations.
