In the Republic of Tatarstan, work is underway to build and reconstruct fire roads. Recall that such measures are provided for by the state task for the performance of work on the protection, protection and reproduction of forests on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to specialists from the sector of protection and protection of the forest fund of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, as of June 29 of this year, work was carried out in the republic on the construction of fire roads with a total length of 40 km (36% of the plan) and their reconstruction - 175 km (41%) .

Forest roads designed to protect forests from fires are arranged in addition to the existing network of forest roads to ensure the passage of vehicles to water bodies and areas that are dangerous in terms of fire.
