Minister N.G. Magdeev presented forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan during the meeting of the Committee under the UN Economic Commission for Europe on Forests and the European Commission on Forest Management of the Food and Agricultural Organization

During the ordinary meeting of the Working Group on Sustainable Forestry of the Russian-Finnish Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation, the Minister N. Magdeev told about economic potential of Tatarstan, innovation projects of forestry and suggested that a session of the Committee under the UN Economic Commission for Europe on Forests and Timber Industry and the European Commission on Forest Management of the Food and Agricultural Organization be held.
