International Day of the forest

UN General Assembly resolution on 21.12.2012 was decided to declare March 21 as the International Day of the forest. The Republic of Tatarstan will be organized and behavioral activities related to promotion of knowledge about the forest and responsible attitude to this natural wealth, education of environmental culture.
On this day in Russian schools of the republic will be held the day of knowledge about the forest, which is carried out by specialists of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, forestry workers.
