The State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted a draft law on introduction of typical agreements on lease of forest land plots

The concept of the draft law envisages replacement of the form of an exemplary agreement with a typical agreement on lease of forest land plots. Previously non-regulatory nature of the form and, as a consequence, optionality of its application didn’t provide for full implementation of the unified state policy with regard to the forest use.
