The issues regarding improvement of the Program for Forestry Development are reviewed during the meeting of the Public Council under the Federal Forestry Agency

Improvement of the Program for Forestry Development in compliance with the Basic State Policy in the Field of Use, Protection and Reproduction of Forests in the Russian Federation until 2030 is on the agenda of the meeting including solution of problems regarding disintegration of the indicators of program implementation for leased and not leased forests.

The council members will also discuss the possibilities of creation of the National forest heritage of Russia: the approaches to allocation and preservation of forests that are not liable to industrial development.
