Kazan hosts the Russian Logging Championship “Logger 2015”

The President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov addressed the competitors. In his speech he said: “This year Tatarstan for the first time ever was granted the right to gather the best national silviculturists to participate in the Russian Logging Championship “Logger 2015”. Our republic as the organizer of the Championship has done everything possible that the competitions to be held in the marvelous atmosphere and that all are to be arranged with the necessary technical requirements. The oil and petrochemical industry and machine building industry are prevailing in the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. In this regard, the issue of forest conservation is of high priority. And we, being aware of the importance of this problem, actively invest in the development of the forestry and wood industries”. The President wished success to the competitors.
