The employees of the Ministry of Forestry of Tatarstan have completed the training in the system of assessment of public servants performance

The lecture concerning the assessment of the public servants performance was given by the specialists of GMC Consulting Company in the Ministry of Forestry of Tatarstan. They noted that all civil service employees will be included in the system by the end of the year. This program allows evaluating the work of the employee, to identify a number of bottlenecks in the work and to develop measures for its improvement.
