Rules for Implementation of Measures to Prevent Noxious Organisms Dissemination have been published and come into force

On January 16, 2017 the Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation No.470 “On Approval of Rules for Implementation of Measures to Prevent Noxious Organisms Dissemination” dated 12.09.2016 has been published.
The Rules Implementation of Measures to Prevent Noxious Organisms Dissemination describe the set of forestry works to combat harmful organisms, including sanitary and health, prevention and agitation measures, sequence and procedure for of their fulfillment.
The document is registered in the Ministry of Justice of Russia on 13.01.2017 under the number 45199.
