At the premises of Lubyansky Forest Engineering College the retreat with the participation of the head foresters and district foresters was held

A cluster workshop was held in Lubyany to improve the quality of the activities on the use, conservation, protection and reproduction of forests. The First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Emir Bedertdinov took part in the seminar. In the first part of the seminar there was talk of the implementation of the federal state forest supervision in forests and the procedure for imposition of administrative sanctions for violation of the forest legislation. The Lead Consultant of the Legal Department Nadezhda Savchenko and the Head of the Department of State Control and Supervision Niyaz Tazmeev made representations at the seminar. The Head of State Forest Register, Use of Forests and Forest Management Alexey Mosunov told about the procedure for providing citizens with forest plantations for their own needs, as well as about the procedure for keeping state forest register and new rules for timber harvesting.

At the seminar the representative of the Kazan branch of Roslesinforg made a presentation “On implementation of the state forest inventory in terms of evaluation of activities on conservation, protection, reproduction and use of forests by land methods”.

The second part of the seminar was devoted to reforestation and forest pathology survey, as well as the provision of parcels of forested area for use.
