The Auction for the Sale of the Right to Conclude a Contract for the Purchase and Sale of Forest Plantations to Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Was Held on April 20, 2017

In total 100 lots from Zainsky forestry were put up for auction.

The auction was declared valid by lots No. 3, 4, 13, 27, 31, 32, 41, 47, 50, 53, 54, 55, 76-81, 90.With the winners of the auction was signed a protocol on the results of the auction, and will conclude contracts for the purchase and sale of forest plantations to small and medium-sized enterprises within ten working days from the date of signing the protocol.

The auction was declared invalid by lots No. 2, 12, 24, 46, 48, 51, 52, 63-67, 74, 85, 88 (subparagraph 1 of point 7 of Article 80 of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation).

The auction protocols are signed with the sole participants of the auction.Contracts for the purchase and sale of forest plantations to small and medium-sized business entities will be concluded with them within ten days from the date of posting information on the results of the auction on the official websiteof the Russian Federation in the information and telecommunication network Internet within ten working days after expiration of the above period.

By lots No.1, 5-11, 14-26, 28-30, 33-40, 42-45, 49, 56-62, 68-73, 75, 82-84, 86-87, 89, 91-100 the auction was declared invalid because of the absence of applications for participation in the auction.
