The Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan inspected the State Public Institution “Zainskiy Forest District” and the State Budgetary Institution “Zainskiy Forestry Enterprise”. During the trip, Ravil Kuzyurov examined the production areas of the forestry enterprise, a wood processing shop, where he talked to the workers. He also got acquainted with the fire-chemical station of the 2nd type and a forest nursery. Razif Karimov, Head of Zainskiy Municipal District, took part in the inspection of the nursery. The Minister of Forestry of Tatarstan paid special attention to the efficiency of keeping the forest nursery and wished the employees fruitful work. At the moment, about 500,000 seedlings of the main tree-forming species such as European spruce, Siberian larch, and Pinus sylvestris grow in the nursery of the State Budgetary Institution “Zainskiy Forestr Enterprise”.

Also, the Minister inspected the sites of selective sanitary cuttings in the Bolgarskiy and Urganchinskiy forest districts. After the inspection, Ravil Kuzyurov held a working meeting with the staff of forest district, forestry enterprise, as well as representatives of JSC "Forest Transport Company". The Minister assessed their activities and set tasks for the future.

The Minister of Forestry inspected the activities of State Public Institution “Privolzhskiy Forest District” and State Budgetary Institution “Privolzhskiy Forestry Establishment”.

 During the inspection, the Minister inspected the forestry workplaces, sanitary felling areas in Sviyazhskiy forest district, plantings of gullies in 2018. Also, the Minister got acquainted with the work of Tenkovskiy district forestry and production workshops for sawmilling. After inspecting the forestry Ravil Kuzyurov planted three memorable trees.

Later, the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan got acquainted with the work of the State Public Institution "Kaibitskiy Forest District" and State Budgetary Institution "Kaibitskiy Forestry Enterprise". Ravil Kuzyurov inspected timber harvesting at logging felling using the Amkador forestry complex, the working premises of Kaibitskiy forest district, the garage where the fire-fighting equipment PCS-3 was presented, a forest nursery and Kaibitskiy oak forests famous all over Russia.

Kaibitskiy oak forests are the best in Tatarstan. This is genetically the best forest, the area of ​​which is more than 700 hectares. Age of oaks is 80-120 years old. The main goal of the genetic reserve is to harvest seeds with improved properties. The Minister noted the importance of preserving and developing this project at the federal level.

At the moment, more than 3 million pieces of seedlings of the main forest-forming species grow in the forest nursery, next year 300,000 of them will replenish the forest fund of Tatarstan.

The Minister also inspected the implementation of the Russian-German project "Conservation and optimization of oak plantations in the Republic of Tatarstan". Ravil Kuzyurov examined the planting of oak-lime plants planted according to the Nelder circle method. This project is also under special control of the Ministry of Forestry of Tatarstan.

After the inspection, the Minister held a meeting with the staff of the Kaibitskiy forest district and forestry enterprise, where also Albert Rakhmatullin, Head of the Kaibitskiy district, took part.

The Minister paid special attention to the quality and profitability of the forest nursery, underlined the need to adapt the nursery to modern economic realities.

Young foresters of the school forestry of Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution "Yutazinskiy secondary educational school" "Green Patrol" cleaned the area of ​​the spring from solid household garbage. These are plastic bottles, plastic bags, packaging from products. Children on their example showed how to treat the environment. "Everyone can contribute to the preservation of nature", the young foresters believe. During the campaign schoolchildren collected 10 bags of garbage, which was taken to the landfill.

Later, young foresters conducted agitation among the population and distributed leaflets on the rules of behavior in forests in a fire-dangerous period. They also told the residents about the prevention of tick-borne encephalitis.

Reception of citizens took place in the building of the Executive Committee of the city of Mamadysh. First Deputy Minister of Forestry, Emir Bedertdinov, and Head of the Forestry Department of the Mamadyshskiy Forestry District Akhat Khasanov consulted on forestry issues. During the reception, issues of forest amnesty, the imposition of agricultural land on the forest fund, the possibility of participation in auctions, assistance in building a house and preferential firewood were considered. The Minister of Forestry of Tatarstan got acquainted with the work carried out in the forest nursery of the Prigorodnyi Forest District. At the moment, seeds of pine, spruce and larch are in full swing there. Then Ravil Kuzyurov visited the school section of the nursery, cuttings on the open ground and in the greenhouse.

To date, more than 424,000 seedlings of European spruce, 600 thousand pieces of common pine seedlings, 155 thousand pieces of Siberian larch seedlings, which will be planted in parks and squares of cities this autumn, grow in the State Budgetary Institution "Educational and Experimental Prigorodnyi Forestry Enterprise" and will replenish the forest fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Ravil Kuzyurov examined the apiary site. The Minister also talked with the staff of the Prigorognyi Forest District and gave a positive assessment of their work.

In the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on Prevention of Illegal Harvesting, Transportation, Processing, Sale and Export of Wood was held. The First Deputy Minister noted that well-coordinated work in the field of forest violations can be achieved owing to the interagency cooperation of the Ministry of Forestry with law enforcement services and other departments. The Deputy Minister wished further fruitful work in the fight against illegal logging. Employees of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate and weight control were awarded with letters of gratitude for active cooperation. During the first quarter of 2018, during Lesovoz Operation, more than 2,000 vehicles were inspected, and 20 administrative protocols were compiled. In 2018, 41 cases of illegal logging were carried out, the volume of illegally harvested wood amounted to 155 cubic meters, the damage - more than 4000 rubles. Over the same period last year, 38 cases of illegal logging of forest plantations with a volume of 235 cubes were recorded.

Within the framework of the annual environmental campaign "Clean forests of Tatarstan" today a cleaning of the forest fund in the territory of Vysokogorskiy and Stolbishchenskiy district forestry departments of the Prigorodnyi Forest District has passed.

The central action with the participation of the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ravil Kuzyurov, was held near Vysokaya Gora village. Representatives of the authorities - employees of ministries, departments, judicial bodies and prosecutors, as well as residents of the Vysokogorsky district took active part in the event. Rustam Kalimullin, Head of the district, also contributed to the conservation of forests.

Since the start of the forest season, within the framework of the "Clean Tatarstan Forest" campaign, about 1.7 thousand cubic meters of garbage and fallen deadwood have been collected from 630 hectares. Today, about 300 hectares of forest have been cleared.

"The "Clean forests of Tatarstan" campaign is held for eight years. If you recall the story, the forest was cleaned constantly. Today in the republic the campaign is organized practically in all forest areas. In total about 7 thousand people will take part in the campaign, they will clear the forests of domestic garbage and fallen trees," Ravil Kuzyurov said.

The staff of the Supreme Court of Tatarstan, led by its chairman Ilgiz Gilazov, today planted about 200 seedlings in the alley of justice located in the park "Zakazanie" of the Vysokogorskiy district of the Republic of Tatarstan. Planting material was provided by Isleitarskiy forest district. Spruce, pine, linden, ashberry were planted on the "Alley of Justice". This alley was laid in October last year, previously 120 trees were planted there.
