The seminar - training by the program "Directional felling" was held in the premises of Lubyansky Forest Engineering College on November 24, 2017. 13 subordinate institutions of the Ministry and representatives of the Husqvarna Company participated in the event. Specialists of the forestry industry considered in detail the maintenance and operation of gasoline-powered saws and brush cutters, as well as a safe directional felling in the cutting area.

A seminar-training by program "Directional felling" with representatives of Husqvarna Company was held in the premises of the State Budgetary Institution Almetyevsky forestry enterprise. Forest harvesting brigades, as well as directors and heads of forestry establishments and forestry divisions took part in the event. Participants listened to the theoretical part of the training at the Minnibayevskiy rural cultural center, and then a practical part was conducted at the site.

Today a meeting of the Heads of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan with representatives of Saint-Petersburg Research and Development Institute of Forestry Industry was conducted. Associate Professor of Forest Management Department of SPR&DFI – Romanyuk Boris Dmitrievich visited the Republic within the frames of implementation of forests intensive use and reproduction experience.

The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan notifies on the results of the auction for the sale of the right to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of

forest plantations to small and medium-sized enterprises located in the forest fund of Aznakaevskiy, Tetyushskiy, Cheremshanskiy, Mamadyshskiy and Kaybitskiy forestry divisions.

By lot number 6, the auction was deemed to be held. With the winners of the auction, protocols are signing and contracts for the sale of forest plantations to small and medium-sized enterprises will be concluded within ten working days from the date of the protocolsigning.

By lots No. 8, 12, 14, 15, 17, 20, 21, 59, 106, 113, 118, 125, 127, 128, 133 the auction was declared invalid (Subparagraph 1 of paragraph 7 of Article 80 of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation). Protocols on the results of the auction are signing with the sole participant of the auction and contracts for the purchase and sale of forest plantations to small and medium-sized enterprises will be concluded within ten days after the date of publication of information on the results of the auction on the official website of the Russian Federation in the information and telecommunications network "Internet" within ten days after the expiration of the above period.

By lots No. 1-5, 11, 13, 18-19, 22-58, 60-105, 107-112, 114-117, 119-124, 126, 129-130, 132, 134-135 the auction was declared invalid because of absence of applications for participation in the auction.

Last Saturdayon the basis of the "Badminton Center" sports complex, badminton competitions were held in the framework of the Spartakiad among government officials of the Republic of Tatarstan. The team of the Ministry was represented by Alsu Antonova, the Leading Consultant of the Department for the Forests Reproduction and Afforestation, Rushania Kamalova, the Leading Adviser of the Legal Department, Nail Mirsiyapov, Head of the Forest Conservation and Protection Sector and Timur Galiev, Head of the Department for Forest Reproduction and Afforestation. The opponent team was represented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as representatives of the State Alcohol Control Board of the Republic of Tatarstan. Currently, the teamof the Ministry is preparing to play basketball, which will be held in early December this year.

The 22nd international exhibition "Russian Forest" will take place in the city of Vologda from December6 to December 8. The event is planned to be attended by employees of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The exhibition "Russian Forest" has been one of the large-scale and expected events of the year in the timber industry complex of our country for more than two decades. Both well-known Russian and foreign companies, including the beginners of the forest business are participating there.

At the discussion sites theparticipants will discuss issues of forest reproduction and protection, changes in federal legislation, prospects for the development of the timber industry, and many other points.

The exhibition will also introduce new technologies of logging and woodworking. It will be possible to get acquainted with the latest equipment and machinery in the sphere of the forest industry.

From December 04, 2017 to December 15, 2017, in the Lubyanskiy Forest Engineering College the trainingof specialists of the subordinated institutions of the

Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan under the program "Head of forest fire extinguishing" will be conducted.

Winter time is a serious survival test for birds. With every passing day it becomesmore difficult to find food. In Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution "Yutazinskiy Secondary educational school" under the guidance of Yamaletdinova A.A. and Garayeva G.E. the campaign "Made with care" was held. Active participants of the school forestry "Green Patrol" took care of the birds: they hung up feedboxes made with their own hands from the simplest materials on the territory of their school.

Seminar on the results of the 3rdquarter in the State Public Institution "Bugulminskiy Forestry Division” and State Budgetary Institution “Bugulminskiy Forestry Establishment” was held in the premises of Petrovskiy District Forestry. The event was attended by precinct forest rangers, masters, operators of Harvesters and Forwarders, logging teams. During the meeting, the sites where the work on forests conservation, protection and reproduction were carried out on the lands of the forest fund owned by the Russian Federationwere inspected. Particular attention was paid to the correctness of allotment of logging sites and documentation execution, drawing up of acts on forest violations. The Manager - the Forester Mukhametkhanova G.Z., the District Forester of Petrovskiy district forestry Dyatlov S.V., the Deputy Head-forester Ulaev A.V. spoke to the audience. At the end of the meeting the planned safety training in forests wasconducted.

From November 14 to 16, an annual festival for students of the new admission "Student Autumn-2017" was held at the Lubyankiy Forest Engineering College. Among the first-year students there were many talents. No wonder they say that a student's time is a separate, small life. We believe that this event will leave a noticeable and beautiful imprint in their memory of the student years. We wish all the students of the Lubyanskiy Forest Engineering College to study brightly and positively as on the stage of the "Student Autumn" festival.
