Today our planet is on the verge of an environmental disaster, and its most formidable precursor is the greenhouse effect.And only plants can of processing carbon dioxide, turning it into oxygen. In this regard more and more important are the issues of resource conservation, namely the protection of forests from destruction in order to satisfy the ever growing needs of mankind in paper, wood, etc.Each year 13 million hectares of forest are lost, while only 6 hectares grow. This means that every second from the face of the planet disappears the forest, the size of a football field. Part of this problem can be solved by collecting unnecessary paper and cardboard. Using recycled paper, we will reduce the number of cut down trees.

The Council of the Arsk Forest School "Heirs of Nature" carried out the action at school "Collect waste paper - save the tree!" For several days children and their parents brought waste paper to school. They collected 1113 kg!

Collected paper was handed over to receivers of waste paper, and all the participants who took part in this action will receive certificates.

The pupils of the 7th class have won the action (269 kg), Nigametzyanov Kamil (7th grade) has won in personal championship - he handed over 140 kg ofwaste paper. We thank all of you for your active life position!

Today the First Deputy Minister of Forestry N. Bedertdinov has told the media about the fire dangerous situation in the forests: "In the forests of the Republic of Tatarstan the third class of fire danger is established. Despite this, people continues to burn garbage and dry grass. Let me remind you that from April 25 to May 15, 2017, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan issued Decree No. 212 dated April 3, 2017 "About Establishing a Special Fire Prevention Regime."

Violation of fire safety rules in forests during a special fire regime is punishable by imposing an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of 4 to 5 thousand rubles; on officials - from 20 to 40 thousand rubles; on legal entities - from 300 thousand to 500 thousand rubles.

The cases of burning dry grass increased 3 times in comparison with last year. Despite the fact that the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan issued Decision No. 212 dated April 3, 2017 "About Establishing a Special Fire Fighting Regime from April 25 to May 15, 2017", public of the republic continues to burn garbage and dry grass.

We remind you that during the period of the special fire regime it is FORBIDDEN to burn dry grass, burn firewood, combustible materials, and leave dead trees and bushes near roads, railways, overpasses.

It is also FORBIDDEN to burn out dry grassy vegetation, stubble residues on agricultural lands, and to do campfires in the fields.

According to Rosleskhoz's analytical data, last year 82 forest fires out of 100 occurred due to the burning of dry grass, when, due to lack of control, the fire switched to forest.

In 2016 (As of May 1) with the help of space monitoring 31 incidents of fire on agricultural and other lands were detected.

Foresters of Tatarstan warn - Be careful with fire! The fire is easier to prevent than put out.

40 thousand Tatarstanians took part in the traditional nature protection action "Day of planting the forest", which took place over the weekend. Young trees were planted in all municipal districts of the republic and in the suburbs of Kazan.The central event took place in the park "Vakhitovsky" in the Privolzhsky district of the capital, where 300 trees (spruce, larch tree, etc.) were planted. In the event took part employees of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, of the Cabinet of Ministers of RT, and epresentatives of media.

The emploees of Isleitarskoye forestry (219,000 trees) and Buinskoye forestry (145,000 trees) planted most of the seedlings.

Considering the numerous wishes of citizens, of various environmental organizations, favorable weather conditions, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan extends the action "Day of  Forest Planting" until May 20.

April 29 took place the All-Russian ecological cleanup action. President of TatarstanRustamMinnikhanov, Mayor of Kazan IlsurMetshin, Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Almas Nazirov and many others joined the environmental action.The territory of the Victory Memorial Park was cleaned in Kazan, then solo lilac seedlings were planted on the "Victory and Friendship Alley".

RustamMinnikhanov noted: "The Year of Ecology already gives the first results. A huge number of people with their families went to the cleanup action, which is taking place today at Victory Park. The event is timed to the forthcoming holiday of the Great Victory. They have removed old foliage, have cleaned everything, and have planted trees. I think all of them will be proud of their involvement in this great work".

Seminar dedicated to the Day of Ecological Knowledge was held at the secondary school No. 3 in Agryz. The seminar was also attended by inspectors of the Kichke-Tan reserve. The goal of the seminar was to draw attention of learners to the problems of human interaction with the environment (air pollution, water, soil, forest fires, waste problems, energy and agricultural problems in Russia and in the Republic of Tatarstan).

In his welcoming speech the head of the state reserve Ahli Fayzullin has told: "The Day of Environmental Knowledge reminds us all about the need to remember the planet on which we live. This is the day when we should remember about the pollution of air, water and soil. May this day not pass in vain".

The game "Field of Miracles" was dedicated to solving environmental problems; in the game learners demonstrated their knowledge and erudition. Several teams took part in the game. For correct answers they got points and small leaflets with texts on environmental topics. The guys fought for every question, every point.The excitement of the game was heated with every minute. The environmental quiz was aimed at drawing attention to the problems of environmental pollution and the protection of flora and fauna. All groups coped with the task perfectly. During the event students also defended environmental projects: they talked about possible options for handling waste, explained what each of us can do to improve the current situation.A master class on weaving wicker fence was the most fascinating for children. The master class was given by a specialist of the first category Talgat Nuriyev. Also there were organized exhibitions of achievements of schoolchildren in environmental education, handicrafts from waste material and drawings.

Participating in the activities of the Day of Environmental Knowledge, the guys discovered a lot of new and interesting things. They got positive emotions as well. The most active participants were awarded with diplomas and prizes of the state reserve "Kichke-Tan". The school, as an active creative participant of nature protection events in the Agryz district, was given booklets and the third edition of the Red Book of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The regional ecological quest "Living Planet" took place in the Central Library of the Aksubaevsky municipal district within the Year of Ecology. 13 teams from different schools took part in the quest, and specialists from the Aksubaev forestry.

The objectives of this event were the promotion of ecological knowledge, the formation of eco-culture of children, growth of creative and cognitive activity of students, evolution of team skills.

The prizes and diplomas were received by all participants. The winners received a present from the workers of the Aksubaevsky forestry - the spruce seedlings. All the guys were satisfied, having get a lot of vivid impressions.

On our planet all living creatures live in close relationship with each other and the surrounding world: plants get nutrients from soil, animals need plant food, and a human needs both food and resources. If this equilibrium is violated in nature, an ecological crisis arise. Therefore the world around us needs our protection, and it requires knowledge. Getting knowledge in the form of entertaining games develops children's interest in ecology.

Under this name was held an "environmental court" in the Novokishetskayaschool in conjunction with the Novokishetskoy village library of the Arskiy district. The event was attended by employees of the Ashit reserve.

To the participants of the event were presented the projects "People, take care of nature!" and "Appeal to humanity". A remarkable theatrical performance of plaintiffs and defendants of the judicial process made many people think about the ecological catastrophe and the threat to humanity. Due to the informative presentation of the reserve specialists, the students and guests of the event have learned about the ecological condition and environmental problems in the republic and in the region. They also have learned about the specially protected natural areas of the republic, about environmental actions, competitions.

Active participants received diplomas of the Ministry of Forestry, and the dearest gift was a new edition of the Red Book, presented to the school.

In total 100 lots from Zainsky forestry were put up for auction.

The auction was declared valid by lots No. 3, 4, 13, 27, 31, 32, 41, 47, 50, 53, 54, 55, 76-81, 90.With the winners of the auction was signed a protocol on the results of the auction, and will conclude contracts for the purchase and sale of forest plantations to small and medium-sized enterprises within ten working days from the date of signing the protocol.

The auction was declared invalid by lots No. 2, 12, 24, 46, 48, 51, 52, 63-67, 74, 85, 88 (subparagraph 1 of point 7 of Article 80 of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation).

The auction protocols are signed with the sole participants of the auction.Contracts for the purchase and sale of forest plantations to small and medium-sized business entities will be concluded with them within ten days from the date of posting information on the results of the auction on the official websiteof the Russian Federation in the information and telecommunication network Internet within ten working days after expiration of the above period.

By lots No.1, 5-11, 14-26, 28-30, 33-40, 42-45, 49, 56-62, 68-73, 75, 82-84, 86-87, 89, 91-100 the auction was declared invalid because of the absence of applications for participation in the auction.

Within the Ecology Year and Specially Protected Natural Territories in the School No. 111 in Kazan L.R. Mirsaetova (the head of the Organizationaldepartment of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan) held a "Forest Lesson".

The lesson was held with the goal to consolidate and systematize knowledge on the topic "Forest", to expand the students' knowledge of the environment of the surrounding world, to develop love for their native nature, to develop the intellectual and creative abilities of students: thinking, memory, interest in the subject.

During the event L.R.Mirsaetova told the students about the upcoming nature protection action "Forest Planting Day", showed the schoolchildren the planting material (pine, spruce), which will be used at the republican action.
