Results of the auction for sale of the right to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of forest plantations to small and medium-sized enterprises

The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan notifies about the results of the auction for sale of the right to conclude a contract for purchase and sale of forest plantations to small and medium-sized enterprises located on the territory of Nurlatskiy forest district forest fund, conducted on March 27, 2018.

By lots No. 18, 21, 67 the auction was declared valid. With the winners of the auction, a protocol on the results of the auction is signed and contracts for the purchase and sale of forest plantations to small and medium-sized enterprises will be concluded within ten days after the information on the results of the auction is posted on the official website of the Russian Federation.

By lots No. 1-10, 13-17, 19, 20, 22-26, 28, 29, 31, 35, 39, 41-43, 45-47, 50-52, 54-66, the auction was declared invalid (subparagraph 1 paragraph 7 of Article 80 of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation). With a single participant of the auction, a protocol on the results of the auction is signed and contracts for the purchase and sale of forest plantations to small and medium-sized enterprises will be concluded within ten days after the date of posting information on the results of the auction on the official website of the Russian Federation in the information and telecommunications network "Internet" no later than twenty days after the day of the auction.

According to the lots No. 11, 12, 27, 30, 32-24, 36-38, 40, 44, 48-49, 53 applications for participation in the auction were not received, the auction commission of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan decided to declare the auction not held.
