Working trip of Ravil Kuzyurov, Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, to Aznakaevskiy Forest District
Ravil Kuzyurov, Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, made a working trip to the Aznakaevskiy forest district. During his trip he was accompanied by Head of Aznakaevskiy municipal district Marsel Shaydullin and Head of Sarmanovskiy municipal district Farit Khusnullin.
As part of the working trip, the Minister inspected the planting of forest crops in 2018, which are located near the town of Aznakaevo, and planted on the area of 5 hectares. All seedlings - with a closed root system, which ensures a high survival rate of forest crops. Also, the Minister got acquainted with the greenhouse in the State Budgetary Institution "Aznakaevskiy Forestry Enterprise", where the birch seedlings are cultivated. The Director of the forestry enterprise Eduard Chikurov said that the seedlings grow in a greenhouse in one year, while on the open ground the quality planting material can be obtained within two years. Later the basic nursery of Chatyrtau district forestry was examined, where the main forest-forming breeds are grown.
Also, the Minister got acquainted with sanitary felling, logging and the work of sawmilling shops in Sarmanovskiy district forestry.
After the inspection of the facilities, a meeting with the employees of forest district and forestry establishment was held, during which the Minister gave his comments and suggestions. Participants in the meeting asked questions that the Minister instructed to take under control.
