On the prohibition of agricultural burnings in the fields of Tatarstan during harvesting-2018
State forest inspectors of the Republic of Tatarstan continue work to identify owners of land plots bordering the forest. In accordance with the current forest legislation, from the date of the snow cover melting till the establishment of stable rainy autumn weather, legal entities regardless of their organizational and legal forms and forms of ownership, peasant (farm) enterprises, public associations, individual entrepreneurs, officials, citizens of the Russian Federation , who own, use and (or) dispose the territory adjacent to the forest, must ensure its clearing from dry grassy vegetation, stubble residues, fallen trees, forest residues, waste and other combustible materials in the area with width of at least 10 meters of fire mineralized band with width of at least 0.5 meters, or other fire barrier.
In connection with the beginning of the harvesting company in the fields of our Republic, heads of agricultural organizations and peasant farms are warned by state forest inspectors of the Republic of Tatarstan about the inadmissibility of law violations, in respect of compliance with the Fire Safety Rules in forests, taking exhaustive measures to prevent uncontrolled burning, being potential cause of forest fires and associated emergency situations.
Since the beginning of the year, state forest inspectors issued more than 700 warnings.
