Foresters of Tatarstan cultivated 30 million pieces of planting material in 2018

Since the beginning of this year, forestry workers in the Republic of Tatarstan have grown more than 30 million pieces of standard planting material - seedlings and plantings. Including, 23.8 -million conifers, 5.15 million - hardwood, 1.3 million - shrubs.

Planting material is sufficient to create new forest crops in the forest fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and provide protective plantations of agricultural land in the region.

In addition, at present, the ministry is ready to sell planting material for other purposes, for example, for landscaping parks and squares of cities and regions of Tatarstan.
