Ravil Kuzyurov took part in the 9th International Forum "Forest and Man"
On October 22-25, with support of the Government of the Russian Federation, the 9th International Forum “Forest and Man”, organized by the Union of Timber Manufacturers and Exporters of the country is held in Moscow. “Forest and Man” has been held since 2002. The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan annually participates in a large-scale event. This year the forum was visited by the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ravil Kuzyurov.
The purpose of the forum is to develop a set of joint actions of federal and regional authorities of the Russian Federation, the domestic forestry complex and industrial international organizations for development of sustainable forest management and wood processing in our country.
Within the framework of the event, there are exhibitions “Regions of Russia - prospects for the forest complex”, meetings and round tables on forest topics, which reflect the most promising directions for development of the world forest complex.
The Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ravil Kuzyurov, took part in a round table on the topic “On preserving forests and increasing the volume of their reproduction”, which was headed by Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the Federation Council on Agrarian and Food Policy and Environmental Management, Vladimir Lebedev.
