State forest inspectors of Tatarstan summed up the results of inspections

The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan is actively engaged in implementation of federal state forest supervision (forest protection), federal state fire supervision in forests in accordance with 294-FZ dated December 26, 2008 "On protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in implementation of state control (supervision) and municipal control”.

Since the beginning of 2018, the state forest inspectors of the republic carried out 70 inspections in relation to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs - tenants of forest areas, including 50 in accordance with the inspection plan approved and agreed with the prosecutor’s office, 20 in order to verify the execution of previously issued orders.

36 violations of the current legislation in the field of forest relations were revealed. The main ones concern the failure to comply with the terms of contract for use of forest areas, violations of sanitary and fire safety in forests.

Regulations on elimination of violations were issued. In respect of persons who committed violations, punishments were imposed in the form of administrative fines in the amount of 646 thousand rubles.
