A charity event "Generous Tuesday" will be held in Russia for the third time
On November 27, 2018 a charity event "Generous Tuesday" will take place in Russia. “Generous Tuesday” is the world day of charity, the main goal of which is to give a new impetus to development of culture of charity and to involve as many people as possible in good deeds. On this day, the participants collect funds for the benefit of charitable organizations, arrange volunteer campaigns, flash mobs on the Internet.
In the two previous years, more than 1.8 thousand organizations from all regions of the country joined the initiative, holding more than 3 thousand charity events throughout Russia.
Any organizations and individuals can take part in "Generous Tuesday" campaign. Participants are free to choose the format of campaigns, objectives and mechanisms for raising funds.
