Ravil Kuzyurov: “With the help of the received grant, we will move on to digitalization of archiving”
Today, within the framework of Meeting “Organizing the work of archives of institutions and enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan”, a solemn signing of grant agreements to the winners of the competitions “The best archive of a non-profit organization and public authority” and “The best archive of a commercial organization” took place. The event, which took place in the conference hall of Bilyar Palace Hotel in Kazan, was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Leila Fazleeva, Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ravil Kuzyurov, Chairman of State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on archival case, Gulnara Gabdrakhmanova, etc.
Let us recall that according to the results of the contest “The Best Archive of a Non-Profit Organization and Public Authority,” the first place was awarded to the archive of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan.
After signing the agreement, the Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ravil Kuzyurov, thanked the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Nurgaliyevich Minnikhanov, the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on archival case for holding such a significant competition. “It is a great honor for us to be the first, noted the Minister. - And in previous years we paid a lot of attention to archiving documents. Now, with the help of this grant, we will be able to implement our project "From Paper to Digital" for digitization of archival documents of the Ministry. It is very valuable and important to us”.
