Experts of State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Zelenodolskiy Experimental Forestry Enterprise" collect coniferous cones

Specialists of the SBI of RT “Zelenodolskiy Experimental Forestry Enterprise” collect coniferous cones on the territory of the forest fund of Zelenodolskiy forest district.

The Deputy Director of the forestry enterprise, Angelina Bragina, said that as of today, 338 kg of seeds have been harvested in the institution, including coniferous trees - 18 kg, hardwood - 320 kg.

As a whole, 48.3 thousand kg of seeds are currently harvested in the Republic of Tatarstan, where pine is 493 kg, spruce is 90 kg, larch is 174 kg, oak is more than 45.7 thousand kg, other species are 1.8 thousand kg. Among the leaders in seed harvesting are Kaibitskiy, Tetyushskiy, Kaleikinskiy and Buinskiy forestry enterprises.
