An Open Day was held at the Faculty of Forestry and Ecology of KSAU
At the end of last week, an Open Day was held at the Faculty of Forestry and Ecology of the Kazan State Agrarian University.
Dean of the Faculty Lyudmila Pukhacheva opened the meeting. She told about the history of Kazan State Agrarian University and directions of preparation of the Faculty of Forestry and Ecology.
“Currently, there are departments of “Forestry and Forest Cultures” and “Forest Industry Taxation and Economics”, said Lyudmila Pukhacheva. - Engineers are trained by a team of highly qualified lecturers, as well as staff with extensive practical experience in forestry”.
Further, during the event, the heads of the departments Nadezhda Yatmanova and Airat Sabirov spoke. They familiarized those present with the list of subjects studied and elaborated on employment opportunities for graduates of the Faculty of Forestry and Ecology.
At the end of the meeting, faculty members answered applicants' questions, in particular, about the features of admission to the university in 2019, scholarships and living conditions in dormitories.
