Pupils of "Green Patrol" school forestry held an extra-curricular event "Save Forest from Fires" for primary school pupils
On Saturday, January 26, pupils of "Green Patrol" school forestry held an extra-curricular event "Save Forest from Fires" for primary school pupils of Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution "Yutazinskiy Secondary School". During the lesson, young foresters told pupils about the role of forest in human life, causes and consequences of forest fires, and also explained the rules of behavior in forests.
Also on the same day, the participants of the school forestry met with the Head-Forester of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Bugulminskiy Forest District” Gulnara Mukhamethanova and the District Forester of the Yutazinskiy forestry department Aydar Nigmatullin. During the meeting, methods of protecting forests from pests and diseases and features of collecting plants for herbarium were discussed.
