Today, the Ministry held a regular meeting of balance committee on results of activities of subordinate institutions in 2018. The event was attended by Deputy Ministers of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Emir Bedertdinov, Rais Gumerov, Administrative Officer Ilgizar Zaripov, heads and specialists of the departments of the Ministry.
During the meeting, the Head-Foresters of Nurlatskiy, Aksubayevsky, Alkeyevskiy and Prigorodnyi forest districts, as well as the Directors of Nurlatskiy, Aksubayevskiy, Alkeyevskiy and Educational and Experimental Prigorodnyi Forestry Enterprises, reported on the work done last year.
The meeting participants discussed issues of rational forest management, forest reproduction and afforestation, state forest supervision, sanitary measures, etc. Special attention was paid to the work of forest nurseries and cultivation of seedlings with improved hereditary properties. First Deputy Minister Emir Bedertdinov emphasized that the directors of forestry enterprises need to increase the range of standard planting materials produced for the greening of cities and regional centers of the republic.
Rais Gumerov, during his speech, focused on development of the calculated cutting area, supply of wood to enterprises of Tatarstan, production of marketable products, labor productivity, etc.
