A ministerial meeting was held at the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan
Today Ravil Kuzyurov, Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a ministerial meeting at which the course of execution of protocol instructions was reviewed. The event was attended by deputy ministers, heads and specialists of departments of the Ministry.
During the meeting, the issues of state forest supervision, development of calculated cutting area, timber supply to Tatarstan enterprises, implementation of accounting system for forest complex “Avers: Forest Fund Management”, etc. were discussed.
In particular, the Minister was told that last week more than 500 forest patrols were conducted, 11 violations of forest legislation were revealed in the districts of the republic. Since the beginning of the year, there have been 6 cases of illegal logging of forest plantations.
At the end of the meeting, Ravil Kuzyurov instructed to intensify work on development of the school forestry movement of Tatarstan. “Such associations should be created in each district”, he stressed.
