Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ravil Kuzyurov, took part in the meeting of the Council of Sabinskiy Municipal District
Today, a meeting of the Council of Sabinskiy municipal district, devoted to the results of socio-economic development of the region in 2018, was held at the District House of Culture in Bogatye Saby settlement. The meeting was attended by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov, Head of Sabinskiy municipal district Rais Minnikhanov, heads of organizations, institutions and enterprises of the district.
Before the meeting, President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the exhibition of enterprises of the region, organized in the hall of the Culture House, including the products of State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Educational and Experimental Sabinskiy Forestry Enterprise". During the inspection, Ravil Kuzyurov presented to the President of the Republic the projects on afforestation of the banks of the Volga River and creation of a center on the basis of Forest Seed and Selection Center for growing pedunculate oak planting material with a closed root system. The Minister said that during the project implementation the production capacity of the center will be 2 million pieces of oak and other hardwood seedlings with closed root system per year.
The Head of the district Rais Minnikhanov made a keynote speech at the meeting. He acquainted those present with the results of socio-economic development of Sabinskiy municipal district in 2018 and the tasks for 2019.
