Head-Forester of Bugulminskiy forest district spoke at an extended meeting with the heads of institutions of Yutazinskiy district
Yesterday, on February 25, Gulnara Mukhametkhanova, Head-Forester of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Bugulminskiy Forest District” made a report at the expanded meeting with the heads of institutions, organizations and enterprises of Yutazinskiy municipal district.
During her speech, Gulnara Mukhamethanova told about the results of work of the institution in 2018 and the tasks for the current year. She reported that on the territory of the forest district, work on reforestation was carried out on the area of 92 hectares, agrotechnical care of forest cultures – on 746 hectares, their addition – on 210 hectares. To carry out the work in 2019, 116 kg of seeds of the main forest-forming species were harvested, more than 100 thousand standard planting material were grown.
According to her, sanitary measures were taken on the area of 273 hectares, cleaning of illiquid wood - on the area of 81 hectares.
“In 2018, state forest inspectors identified 10 cases of violations of forest legislation, including 5 cases of illegal logging of forest plantations”, Gulnara Mukhametkhanova added.
The Head-Forester also informed the meeting participants about the changes in the Forest Code of the Russian Federation and preparation for the fire-hazardous season in the forests.
