Final meetings of forest districts and forestry enterprises summarizing work in 2018 are held in the districts of Tatarstan
In the districts of Tatarstan, the final meetings of subordinate institutions of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan on topic “On results of work in 2018 and tasks for 2019; Consideration of implementation of collective agreements for 2018 and prolongation for 2019" are held. Today such meetings took place in Kaibitskiy and Verkhneuslonskiy municipal districts. Ilgizar Zaripov, the Administrative Officer of the Ministry, took part in their work.
Results of activities of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Kaibitskiy Forest District" and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Kaibitskiy Special Forestry Enterprise" were summed up in the premises of an administrative building in Fedorovskoye village. Presentations were made by Ilgiz Khaffazov, the Head-Forester of the SPI of RT “Kaibitskiy Forest District”, Aniya Khamidullina the Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization, Zufar Shamseyev, the Forest Master of Baltayevskiy district forestry and others.
Ilgiz Khaffazov said that last year sanitation and sanitary measures were taken on the area of forestry on 349 hectares, cleaning of illiquid wood - on the area of 160 hectares. “Within the framework of fire safety measures, fire-fighting mineralized strips with a total length of 106 kilometers were laid”, the speaker said.
According to him, work on reforestation was performed on the area of 75 hectares, agro-technical care of forest crops - on the area of 690 hectares, their addition – on 90 hectares. For planting in spring, 29.8 tons of seeds of the main realizing breeds were harvested and over 2.2 million pieces of standard planting material were grown.
Administrative Officer Ilgizar Zaripov gave a positive assessment of work of subordinate institutions during last year. In addition, he urged the staff to pay special attention to development of calculated cutting area, increasing the number of growing standard planting material and monitoring the prevention and detection of violations of forest legislation.
The Head of the Kaibitskiy municipal district, Albert Rakhmatullin, in the course of his speech, dwelt on the results of socio-economic development of the municipality in 2018, the renewal of the equipment park of forest district and forestry enterprise, etc.
In Pokrovka village of Verkhneuslonskiy district, the effectiveness of activities of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Privolzhskiy Forest District” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Privolzhskiy Forestry Enterprise” were discussed. The Head-Forester Rustem Ismagilov, the Director of the forestry enterprise Fanis Iskhakov, the Head of the District Executive Committee Lenar Khakimzyanov and the Chairman of the Trade Union Committee Niyaz Shaikhutdinov spoke here.
In particular, Rustem Ismagilov said that last year in the forest district reforestation work was carried out on the area of 20.5 hectares, and agro-technical care of forest cultures - on the area of 100 hectares.
“State forest inspectors carried out more than 1,100 forest patrols, compiled 24 protocols on administrative offenses”, he added.
The Head-Forester also introduced the participants of the meeting with indicators of development of the calculated cutting area, harvesting of non-liquid wood, laying of fire-prevention mineralized strips, etc.
Ilgizar Zaripov noted that, in general, the results of the activities of institutions in 2018 were positive. At the same time, he stressed the need to strengthen work on implementation of sanitation and recreational activities and development of calculated cutting area.
