Radio operators of the regional center of dispatching of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Forest Fire Center” underwent training courses “Dispatcher in Forest Protection”
From February 26 to March 4, 2019, professional training courses “Dispatcher in Forest Protection” were conducted in the premises of the aviation training center of Federal Budgetary Institution “Avialesookhrana” in Pushkino town of Moscow Region. The classes were attended by representatives of specialized agencies of the regions of the Russian Federation, including from the Republic of Tatarstan - radio operators of the regional headquarters of the dispatching department of the State Budget Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Forest Fire Center” Albina Egorova and Aisylu Gabdrakhmanova.
It is worth noting that in the forestry system the dispatching services are actually situational centers for forest fire conditions. Vertical scheduling in the field of forest protection begins with the dispatching services of forest districts. Further information about the forest fire situation and fire danger in the forests goes to the regional dispatching services of forestry, and then to the federal dispatching service of the Federal Agency for Forestry, where its full collection and analysis is provided. Information of forestry dispatching services of different levels becomes the basis for making management decisions of regional operational headquarters and operational headquarters of forestry, Commissions for ChSiPB, operational headquarters of Rosleskhoz and the Federal Headquarters for coordination of activities to extinguish forest fires.
