Today, the Ministry held a meeting of the Commission under the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Against Corruption.
Ravil Kuzyurov, Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, opened the meeting and announced the regulations. The Leading Sector Consultant on Civil Service and Personnel Issues, Elvira Ziyatdinova, the Head of Legal Department, Marina Zaitseva, and the Acting Head of the State Control and Supervision Department, Ramil Shaikhutdinov, made presentations at the event.
Elvira Ziyatdinova acquainted the meeting participants with the results of implementation of anti-corruption policies in the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2018 and the first quarter of the current year. She recalled that the work in the field of combating corruption in the Ministry is carried out in accordance with the state program approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 512 dated July 19, 2014.
“Now we are accepting information on income, expenses, property and property obligations for 2018. It will be carried out until April 30”, said Elvira Ziyatdinova.
She also said that in the 3rd quarter of 2018, an online public opinion poll about the state of the fight against corruption was conducted online. The survey involved 1,682 people.
Marina Zaitseva, in her speech, announced the results of work on anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and draft normative legal acts for 2018 and the first quarter of 2019.
Ramil Shaikhutdinov reported on work on prevention of corruption offenses during scheduled and unscheduled inspections by state forest inspectors for 2018 and the first quarter of the current year. He focused on the activities of the Interdepartmental Commission on prevention and suppression of illegal harvesting, transportation, processing and sale of wood, the work of the Unified State Automated Information System for wood accounting and transactions with it, patrolling the forest fund and conducting explanatory conversations with the heads and residents of rural settlements.
After listening to the reports, the Minister Ravil Kuzyurov gave a positive assessment of the work being done to combat corruption. Along with this, he instructed to conduct a detailed analysis of an online opinion poll on the state of the fight against corruption conducted in 2018 and to take into account comments when conducting such a study in the current year.
