The award ceremony for the winners of the XII Open Competition “Let's save forests of Tatarstan!” took place in Kazan

Today, the ceremony of awarding the winners of the XII Open Competition “Let’s save forests of Tatarstan!”, dedicated to the International Day of Forests, took place in the premises of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Prigorodnyi Forest District”. The event was attended by Ilgizar Zaripov, Administrative Officer of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ilnur Kashafeyev, Head-Forester of the SPI of RT “Prigorodnyi Forest District”, Aleksei Aleksandrov, Director of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Educational and Experimental Prigorodnyi Forestry Enterprise”, and Airat Akhmerov, Director of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Forest Fire Center”.

The winners of the competition were welcomed by Head-Forester Ilnur Kashafeyev and Administrative officer Ilgizar Zaripov.

Ilnur Kashafeyev said that the XII Open Competition “Let's save forests of Tatarstan!” was held from November 22, 2018 to March 5, 2019. “Pupils of preschool institutions and pupils of Kazan schools took part in the competition, in total 1,600 works were submitted to the competition”, he noted.

Ilgizar Zaripov briefed those present with the forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan and the ongoing work on forests conservation, protection and reproduction. “Forest is a national wealth, ecological framework of our republic. Everyone who works in the industry knows that this is not just a job, but a real forest fraternity. In total, over 2.6 thousand people stand guard over the forest”, he said.

“We are pleased with the positive dynamics of participation in the competition “Let’s save forests of Tatarstan”. If last year 1,000 works were submitted for the competition, then this one is 1,600, - Ilgizar Zaripov added. - This indicator is a real proof that the interest in the forestry sector is increasing every year. With all my heart, I wish the winners and participants of the competition success in school and new victories”.

In the nomination “Let's save beautiful forests of my Tatarstan” (drawings) among pupils of preschool institutions, 1st place was taken by Elizaveta Lipkovich from Municipal Autonomous Pre-school Educational Institution “Kindergarten No. 314”, 2nd place - by Evangelina Krasnov ( “Kindergarten No. 207”), 3rd - Daria Kholodnova “Kindergarten No. 130”).

Among students in 1-5th grades, Muslim Khabibullin (“1А” grade of “School No. 34”) was awarded the 1st place, 2nd place - Maria Sosnina (“5D” grade of “Multi-profile school No. 181”, 3rd place - Evelina Kiyamutdinova (2nd grade of ‘Lyceum No. 116 named after the Hero of the Soviet Union A.S. Umerkin”).

Among pupils of 6-11th grades, the 1st place was won by Maksim Zaripov (“6A” grade of “School No. 150”), 2nd place - Dilnoza Sultankulova (“8A” grade of “School No. 98”), 3rd - Angelina Galina (“6B” grade of “Gymnasium No. 94”).

In nomination "Forest is my green friend" (crafts made from natural materials) among pupils of preschool institutions Yaromir Yusupov won the 1st place (Kindergarten No. 255), 2nd place - Kirill Grigoriev (Kindergarten No. 382), the 3rd place was awarded to the collective work of the average group of the “ Kindergarten No. 147”.

Angelina Fattakhova won the 1st place among pupils of the 1-5th grades (“3B” grade of “School No. 89”), 2nd place - Madina Gafiyatullina (“1A” grade of “School No. 14”), the 3rd place - Kirill Pastukhov (“2A” grade of “School No. 151”).

Among pupils of 6-11th grades, 1st place was taken by Ivan Katin (“7B” grade “School No. 170”).

In nomination “Save forest from fires” (leaflets) among pupils of 1-5 grades, Safina Kamalova was awarded the 1st place (“3A” grade of “School No. 84”), 2nd place - Evgeny Filippov (“2A” grade of “School No. 103”), the 3rd place — Ruslan Yunusov (“1B” grade of “ School No. 57”).

Among pupils of 6-11 grades, Evelina Nazarova won (11th grade of “Lyceum No. 83 - Education Center”), 2nd place - Anna Mironova (“8A” grade of “School No. 153”), 3d place - Anna Mishina (“8V” grade of "School No. 141”).
