The team of Lubyanskiy Forestry Engineering College has become one of the winning teams of the All-Russian quest “Lesomania”
III All-Russian meeting of “green” universities of Russia was held in Moscow in the premises of the National Research University “Higher School of Economics”. The forum included various trainings, business games, presentations, seminars on environmental issues, implementation of environmental projects and environmental campaigns. The winners of the quests “Separate with us”, “Lesomania”, “Water of Russia”, “Ecoprosvet”, organized by the Association of “green” universities of Russia, were awarded at the meeting.
“Lesomania” quest was carried out with support of the MEOO “ECA” and the company “Leroy Merlin”. 60 teams - students and graduate students of Russian educational institutions of higher and secondary vocational education took part in the competition. Participants performed tasks aimed at developing a responsible and caring attitude to the forest and learning the skills of sensible selection and use of wood products.
According to the results of the “Lesomaniya” quest, the team of “Foresters of Tatarstan” of the State Budgetary Professional Education Institution “Lubyanskiy Forestry Engineering College” became one of the winning teams and joined the Association of “green” universities of Russia. Team members were awarded with a Letter of Gratitude and eco-gifts.
