School forest district “Berendeyevo Tsarstvo” was opened on the basis of Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution “Secondary General Education School No. 2” of Mendeleyevskiy district. Lyubov Ignatieva, Acting Director of the school, Oksana Smirnova, Forest Restoration Engineer of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Elabuzhskiy Forest District”, Dmitry Pavlov, Forest Master of the Mendeleyevsky District Forestry spoke to children with parting words.
“Forest is not just a source of wood, it is our wealth, on which the state of the environment depends, and the work to preserve and increase forest resources is multifaceted and interesting. We will hold many different activities, participate in environmental campaigns, I am sure you will not be bored”, said Oksana Smirnova in her speech and wished the pupils of the school forest district success in their environmental activities.
