Issues of ensuring fire safety at children's health camps in forest areas were discussed in Kazan
Today a republican seminar on topic “Regulatory and legal aspects of organizing children's holidays in children's camps. Preparing for a health campaign – 2019” was held in Kazan, on the basis of the children's camp “Plamya (Flame)”. The event was organized by the State Budgetary Institution “Republican Center for Organization of Rehabilitation, Leisure and Employment of Children and Adolescents “Leto (Summer)” with support of the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Within the framework of the seminar-meeting a plenary session, as well as a number of round tables were held. About 150 people participated in the events - representatives of ministries, departments of the republic, heads of children's recreation camps, leaders and organizers of tent camps, specialists responsible for organizing recreation in municipal districts.
Nail Mirsiyapov, the Head of the Forest Fund Protection and Conservation Sector, delivered a report at the round table “Implementation of fire safety measures for children's recreation camps in forests and nature conservation zones”. During his speech, he spoke about the work being done to protect forests from fires and familiarized those present with the types of forest fires and the reasons for their occurrence. “In Tatarstan, the fire-dangerous season in forests will start on April 15”, he said.
Nail Mirsiyapov also focused on fire safety requirements of children's recreation camps located on the territory of forest fund and actions in case of emergency situations.
