Employees of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Nizhnekamskiy Forestry Enterprise” planted protective forest plantations in the sanitary protection zone of “Taneco” Joint-Stock Company
Employees of the SBI of RT “Nizhnekamskiy Forestry Enterprise” completed planting of protective forest plantations on the area of 30 hectares in the sanitary protection zone of “Taneko” AO.
“We planted saplings of pine and Siberian larch, said Igor Rzai, Director of the forestry enterprise. - Now we proceed to our main work in the forest fund. This year, we plan to plant on the area of 57 hectares and lay gully plantations on 34 hectares. In addition, work is planned on the addition of forest crops on 109 hectares”.
In the Republic of Tatarstan in the whole, as of April 24 of this year, reforestation works are performed on the area of 336.3 hectares (17.7% of the plan), laying protective forest stands on the area of 29 hectares (1.5%).
