Kazan hosts the VIII International Scientific and Practical Forum “Effective Management Systems: Quality and Digital Transformation”
Yesterday, on April 24, VIII International Scientific and Practical Forum “Effective Management Systems: Quality and Digital Transformation” was launched in Kazan Innovative University named after V.G. Timiryasov.
In the framework of the plenary session, representatives of a number of ministries and departments of the republic made reports, including from the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan - Ramil Gilmanshin, Leading Consultant of the Department of State Forest Registry, Forest Use and Forest Management. In his speech, he presented the interim results of digitization of the forest complex of Tatarstan. Ramil Gilmanshin spoke in detail about the work being done to create an information system for accounting of the forest complex of the Republic of Tatarstan, a geographic information system of the forest fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and a service for monitoring and control of the state of forest fund based on remote sensing data. “The GIS of the Forest Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan is a geo-information portal where all data on a single cartographic substrate will be collected, and the accounting system of the forest complex will be an information system for keeping records of industry documentation and reporting”, he said.
After the meeting, the forum continued on three thematic discussion platforms: “Industry and Business in Digital Economy”, “University - a Territory of Advanced Development” and “Quality and Innovation in Health Care”. The speakers were representatives of universities and companies of Russia, as well as experts from South Korea, Vietnam, France and the UK.
Today, for the forum participants, various workshops and seminars of leading Russian and foreign experts are held.
