The Ministry discussed introduction of professional standards
Today at the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, a seminar on “Professional standards; Algorithm of staged implementation of 2019-2020” was held. The event was attended by the Deputy Director of NP “Volga Region Quality Center” Maria Yankovskaya, employees of the Ministry, personnel services of forest districts and forestry enterprises of the republic.
The main report was made by Maria Yankovskaya. She told in detail about the stages of introducing professional standards - issuing an order to create a commission, drawing up a schedule for introducing professional standards, defining the labor functions of workers and applying the necessary professional standards in accordance with them, etc. “For non-fulfillment of the requirements for introducing professional standards, an employer will be brought to administrative responsibility”, said Maria Yankovskaya.
The system of professional standards began to operate on the territory of the Russian Federation on July 1, 2016 in accordance with the Government Decree of June 27, 2016 No. 584 “On peculiarities of application of professional standards in terms of requirements mandatory for use by state extra-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation, state or municipal institutions state or municipal unitary enterprises, as well as state corporations, state-owned companies and economic societies, more than fifty percent of shares (stakes) in the authorized capital of which is state-owned or municipal property”. The transition period is set till January 1, 2020.
