A ministerial meeting was held at the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan
Today, a ministerial meeting was held at the Ministry at which the course of execution of protocol instructions was reviewed. The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan - Ravil Kuzyurov. The event was attended by the Deputy Minister, heads and specialists of the departments of the Ministry.
The meeting participants reported to the Minister about the ongoing work on prevention and detection of violations of forest legislation, ensuring fire safety in forests, cleaning the territories of the forest fund and settlements of the republic, etc.
After listening to the reports, the Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ravil Kuzyurov, called on specialists to pay special attention to implementation of sanitary and recreational activities this year. “The federal project “Forest conservation” of the national project “Ecology” has defined for us such an indicator as the ratio of reforestation and afforestation to the area of felled and dead forest plantations. We must do everything in our power to ensure the fulfillment of this task”, the Minister recalled.
Along with this, Ravil Kuzyurov instructed the staff to strengthen control over the holding of the “Clean Forests of Tatarstan” campaign and the progress of the sanitary and environmental bimonthly period.
