Tasks for the upcoming period were discussed at the Ministry at the meeting in a videoconference mode
Today, the Ministry held a meeting in the form of a videoconference, at which the tasks for the upcoming period were reviewed. The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ravil Kuzyurov. The event was attended by deputy ministers, heads and specialists of the departments of the Ministry, head foresters of forest districts and directors of forestry enterprises of the republic.
Deputy Ministers of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov and Rais Gumerov made presentations at the meeting.
During his speech, Ilgizar Zaripov focused the attention of the participants on issues of state forest supervision, ensuring fire safety in forests and taking sanitary and recreational activities. He said that the Order of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 05.23.2019 No. 472-osn approved a new form of operational reporting on implementation of federal state forest supervision. “In order to prevent, it is necessary to continue work on issuing warnings on inadmissibility of violations of forest legislation, but not only in terms of meeting fire safety requirements in forests, but also on the rules for harvesting wood, conditions of lease agreements and sale and purchase”, said Ilgizar Zaripov to head-foresters.
According to him, since the beginning of the year, the state forest inspectors of the Republic of Tatarstan have issued more than 1.3 thousand warnings. Execution of works on laying of new fire-prevention mineralized strips as of May 27 of this year is 97.1%, maintenance of existing barriers - 94.7%.
“To date, 104 FPS acts have been submitted to the Ministry. The work on forest pathology survey should be completed before May 31”, the First Deputy Minister stressed.
Rais Gumerov focused on the issues of repairing forest fire equipment, working in the GIS “Online Accounting”, etc.
“According to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, this year, the forestry enterprises have been allocated funds for the repair and maintenance of forest fire equipment in the amount of 4.4 million rubles,” the Deputy Minister noted. “Before June 1, it is necessary to submit estimates and additional agreements for provision of subsidies to the financial department”.
The Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ravil Kuzyurov, summed up the meeting. He urged head-foresters to continue work to prevent forest fires. “Any form of interaction is suitable - speaking at district meetings, meetings with citizens, distribution of information leaflets”, the Minister said. “We must mobilize all our strength and be alert throughout the summer period”.
Ravil Kuzyurov also gave several instructions concerning the collection of information about areas of forest crops damaged by wild ungulates and preparations for the seminar-meeting, which will be held in the middle of June on the basis of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Buinskiy Forestry Enterprise”.
